In this written statement, a person or any other organization/entity who purchased any type of services whether directly or indirectly from the registration center in accordance with this agreement between our company and themselves, will be known as ‘Customer’. ‘TRC’ will refer to The Registration Center inc. at all times.
- All warranties or depictions whether implied directly or indirectly via written or oral methods, in fact or due to operation of the law or else, are expressed herein, with no other exceptions. TRC is not liable for any reparations consequently whether direct or indirect for any reason in any events including damages resulting from the customer’s use of the services, reports, or data obtained from us, including any incorrectness and/or exclusion of Nuans databank Pre-searches, Nuans Reports, Trademarks, including all other types of services accessible through our website that could evolved into liabilities or responsibilities.
- If there are damages directly as a result from TRC negligence or breach of contract while providing our services, then compensation will be provided to the customer limited to the total amount of fees paid for the service by the customer as charged by our company, with no other exceptions.
- By purchasing any services from TRC website, the customer hereby agrees to secure TRC against hurt, loss, or damages, and to indemnify TRC from any damages/loss/liability to the customers or any other parties’ loss which resulted from TRC carelessness or negligence due to the customers access to TRC services as provided in TRC website.
- The customer accepts TRC will not be responsible for any incorrectness or oversight of information obtained from third parties, without any exceptions, under the circumstances when TRC is subjected to obtain information from third party databanks as ordered or requested from the customers.
- Any complaints of negligence or breach of contracts in the fulfilment of services must be submitted within 30 days with adequate proof of said fault, starting from the date we executed the service, with possible compensation to customers in terms of maximum fees as paid by customers for the services charged by TRC.
- TRC fees and service charges terms and conditions: Customer acknowledges that no refunds can be provided once the order has been submitted, in any circumstances. Once an order has been filled with the government databases, the government does not provide any refund for any case. Hence, any purchases are non-refundable in all cases, with no exceptions.
Privacy and Security policy
TRC is committed to provide customers with utmost confidentiality and security with respect to the information provided by customers while using TRC services. TRC acknowledges to take extreme care and dedication to keep information provided by customers in the system protected from loss of privacy throughout the whole period of services rendered.
TRC website use encryption tools namely Secure Socket Layers (SSL) for the protection of customers information submitted. All information collected while ordering is solely use for fulfilling the transaction as requested by customers. Contact information such as phone number and email requested will only be used to contact the customers with regards to their order, and promotions related to our services.
Payment information such as credit card details will only be use for collecting payments for services as requested by customer. Any other information provided from the customers will be protected with utmost sincerity, and never shared with other unrelated third party unless in a circumstance where a third-party agent is required to fulfill the order as requested by customer, or when we are required to release the information by law, court order, subpoena, or for fraud investigation.
Customers right to confidentiality is important to TRC. So, TRC addresses the privacy and security concerns by promising that any personal information that have been collected from customers will be protected and never vended to any unrelated third party. TRC will not send SPAM/unnecessary messages either via email or post, other than when information relating to the services offered or requested by customers relating to their interest and needs.
For payments information, details of customers transaction are encrypted along with the credit card numbers and CVV. Once the transaction has been completed, the credit card details will not be transferred/provided to TRC office or server.

TRC completes transactions on customer’s requests as an agent on customer’s behalf. TRC is not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. All Customer processing a request with TRC must assume and understood that it is their responsibility to obtain any legal or other professional advice prior to submission and that the client has agreed to a “self-service” transaction.
All customers using TRC website agrees to access at their own discretion and risk. TRC does not warrant customer’s use of the website, the operation or function offered within or from the site. TRC do not guarantees that the site is free from error, virus, or any harmful elements. All information and content on TRC website are just for information and general use purposes and does not replace competent/professional advice from lawyers.
In any case, TRC will not have any liability to customers or any other third party related to any service on TRC website outside of the fees provided to TRC in the event of any claims and expenses including but not limited to legal fees and disbursements, profit or revenue loss for any punitive damages or costs either arising directly or indirectly as a consequence or relating to anything that customers have requested with TRC.
Use of TRC website is at customer’s sole discretion and customer is solely responsible for understanding of the service requested by customers and the administrative and legal consequences.
TRC will not be held liable for any claims and expenses associated with the use of TRC website, the completion of any submission through TRC website, including written or verbal communication regarding customers submission to TRC, whether it is instructions or directions.
Terms of use
Customers must acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions of use as follows prior to using TRC website (this list may be updated or changed at any time):
- Minimum age of user and/or third-party representative is 18 years old.
- Any use of this website will comply with federal, provincial, and municipal laws, regulations and rules, with no exceptions.
- Contents in this website is for sole personal use while accessing services as offered in the website only and not to be reused for commercial purpose elsewhere. Contents includes images, videos, logos, content, texts and any photographs.
- Users are responsible in maintain the security and privacy of their access to TRC website and its services. And damages or claims resulting from unauthorized user access of website is not warranted. Keeping user personal computer access secure is their own responsibility.
Users and customers who purchases services on TRC website, acknowledges and accepts that they have understood and read the terms and conditions of TRC policies and will be held accountable to the rules.
Return/cancellation policy
Once your order has been submitted to TRC it is understood by customers that the fees provided are considered non-refundable. The government bodies do not provide a refund under any circumstance once payment has been received for filing. TRC at its sole discretion, may choose to refund/credit partial portion of fees paid by the client if the submission has not yet been completed. TRC will apply a minimum fee of $20.00 in all circumstances. After an order has been submitted, cancellation of the requested service is possible if the order has not been processed with a partial refund. Once TRC staff has begun to work on the order cancellation is not allowed, but customers may obtain a partial credit with TRC discretion if the order has not been completed yet. Once the order has been fulfilled, there is no cancellation/refunds available. TRC will work with the client for resolution with customers in certain cases. Government bodies cannot provide refunds for any reason once a filing has been submitted. If a cancellation of an order was provided and acknowledged by TRC before the government fee has been disbursed, then the client may be given a refund in the amount collected for the government fee only.
